Q. How much money can I release ?

A. How much you may release will depend on a number of factors such
as your "age" as usually the older you are the more you can "release"
and also the value of your property.

Q, What happens if one of us dies ?

The scheme would continue as it is designed to be repaid on 2nd death.

Q, Will taking out equity release reduce the amount of inheritance my loved ones receive?

Yes your family may receive less inheritance, how much will depend on how long you live and future increases or reductions in the value of your property. It is however possible to guarantee a percentage of your inheritance please ask for details.

Q, Will I be able to move home ?

Q, Can I involve my family in my enquiry and decision into equity release?
